Jason Richelson - Co-Founder & Consultant - jason@vitet.com

After earning degrees in International Business and Business Administration from New York University’s Stern School of Business, Jason Richelson started his career as a Consultant at PriceWaterhouseCoopers where he worked on software development projects for major banks. Always on the lookout for exciting opportunities, Jason co-founded with his roommate at the time a company to allow cash payments on the internet. He authored and filed U.S. Patent Application number 60/132,385, entitled “Anonymous online payment system and method.” That company (and patent filing) was promptly acquired by InternetCash Corporation, where Jason then served as Senior Vice President of Operations and Product Development. After the dot com bust, Jason was hired by one of the InternetCash investors to help set up his new trading firm where Jason worked for almost 3 years. Having had his fill of working for someone else, Jason and his fiancé started The Greene Grape wine store in Brooklyn in the Spring of 2004. Then in 2006, Jason opened a new store, The Greene Grape Downtown, in the underserved market of Manhattan’s Financial District. Jason is now working on his 3rd retail store in Brooklyn in addition to his role at Vitet Consulting Group consulting to small and medium sized retailers.

Shawn Ezhaghi - Co-Founder & Consultant - shawn@vitet.com

Shawn grew up in a family who comes from generations of owning and operating different types of retail stores.  This gave him the exposure and understanding to know what it takes to run a successful retail business.  Growing up he worked in different kinds of retail environments, spending his summers and time after school working.  He has worked in apparel, electronic, deli and convenient store.  After graduating from Quinnipiac University with a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science and Marketing, Shawn joined the prestigious jewelry chain, Bulgari, in 2001.  He managed their IT infrastructure working closely with the stores and the head office.  In December 2002 he joined Business Solution Partners and started their retail consulting division from ground up.  He was responsible for running the division in sales and marketing, project management, implementation, training and customer support and service.  He worked close to 5 years obtaining over 30 clients in sectors such as apparel, wine and liquor, gift stores, c-store, hardware and plumbing supply store.  His knowledge and expertise in retail consulting and working with the Microsoft Retail Management system will allow Vitet to provide its clients the business technology they need to help their business grow and prosper.
